Hey hey! I hope you're having a wonderful Monday!

I’m excited to be teaming up with Sweaty Betty this week! I first spotted them during my lunchtime stroll through Bloomingdale’s, I couldn’t get over the quality and comfort of the brand (p.s. working 1 block from Bloomingdale’s is not a good idea!).

I’m not one to get excited about a work out but I do think it’s important to do something, even if it’s just a walk around town. I love to take my workouts outside and with the great weather we’ve been having, I’m excited to do some running or yoga in the park along the water. I’m heading to the Adirondacks this weekend and look forward to breaking in some new Sweaty Betty gear. What do you do to get your sweat on!?
